You may cancel any time before dispatch at no cost by messaging us with your order number. Once a consignment is handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled.
If the item delivered is damaged, wrong or short, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the pack and the batch number. We will replace it or refund it in full.
For safety and product-integrity reasons we cannot accept the return of opened, part-used, unsealed or relabelled crop-protection products, except where the product is defective.
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days of approval. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account in the buyer’s name.
Field results depend on dose, timing, water volume, weather and pest pressure. A performance complaint is investigated jointly with our agronomist and is not automatically a refund.
